An informal group for people and their dogs to join together for a fun day of hiking. We meet the last Sunday of each month (unless it's a long holiday in which case an alternative Sunday will be selected). We hike in all but the most severe weather. Call the organizer if you are unsure. Most hikes are easy to moderate and last approximately 5 hours but usually a small group returns after one-two hour of hiking. I started this group for the benefit of my Diesel, a black Lab, born Feb 2010. Diesel has graduated from Beginner & Intermediate Puppy Classes and has done extremely well in both.  He goes to Urban Dog Daycare almost weekly to practice his socializing etiquette!  We're looking for POSITIVE SOCIALIZATION with well behaved dogs in a strictly social/exercise environment within the city of TORONTO, accessible by TTC as we don't drive.
